3. Installation Requirements
The 5464-334 module must be installed in a standard Woodward ProTech® 2000 chassis with proper grounding to prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. Ensure the following during installation:
• Secure DIN rail mounting (35 mm standard) with locking clips
• Minimum 30 mm clearance for ventilation around the module
• Isolation from high-voltage wiring (minimum 150 mm distance)
• Compliance with Woodward installation manual (document ID: 8200-1602)
4. Operational Notes
• The module requires firmware version 4.3 or higher for full functionality and compliance with latest safety standards
• Calibration should be performed every 12 months or after major system maintenance
• Configuration and diagnostics can be accessed via Woodward ConfigTool software or web-based interface
• In case of fault, the module's LED indicators (POWER, STATUS, ALARM) will provide diagnostic information; refer to troubleshooting guide (document ID: 8200-1603) for resolution
